General Resources

MHGN allows you to book mental health trainings live on zoom, asyncronoysly online, or in-person. They offer various certifications and training programs, or you can build one that best suits you and your team. The PEACE of Mind team especially loves their mental health first aid kits, available for purchase on their website!
NAMI offers mental health trainings for various demographics. There are different resources for advocacy, statistics, and support groups. You can learn about warning signs and symptoms, research, and treatment.
The Recovery Village offers a great article on mental health warning signs, signals, and first aid. They reinforce the idea of reaching out for help, and also offer many hotlines available to those who need them.
The Recovery Village Columbus has published a feature on co-occurring disorders, speaking on how different mental health illnesses and/or addictions may lead to others. They also share warning signs, treatment expectations, and sources for recovery.
